What We Do
With OCSS’s vast network of facilities and our personal case management approach we make certain that only facilities or living scenarios meeting all our client’s specific requirements are offered for consideration. To ease the burden of this transition, OCSS is acting as your agent in different capacities, though you will receive calls or emails of no one outside One-Call Senior Solutions. Your information remains private all at times. We only consult other resources upon your approval.
At One-Call Senior Solutions (OCSS) we walk Texas families through the process of emotional and physical transitions of aging in place in a more suitable location to create that right-fit lifestyle. We are client-centered through a series of interviews and questionnaires that capture personal and medical history, current and potential future needs along with medical necessity, client wishes, family considerations and economic factors.
It is our belief that only after such an extensive case history can we being to make necessary recommendations that create an optimum living transition. At OCSS we ensure you remain in the driver’s seat of all communication and decision making. Interviews and Interventions
After your initial free consultation and acceptance into our program, each client and the client's designated family members are walked through a series of interviews and questionnaires. This vital information captures specific needs and desires which leads to a customized plan of action based on personal preference, location, lifestyle, current needs in ADLs and economic considerations.
Seniors on the Move
Once we have an agreeable plan in motion, One-Call Senior Solutions becomes your one-call stop for downsizing, moving, and acts as your designated SRES Real Estate Agent. Our complimentary consulting and senior referral alliance are designed for the least possible disruption of the family.

The last hurdle for our families: "What do we do with all the left-over stuff?" OCSS works with select Senior Move Managers to assist in the organization, removal and transference of home inventory as you make decisions on items that need to be placed up for sale, sent to auction or gifted to others. We work together until the OCSS Plan is finalized to your satisfaction.

In the early 2000’s extensive demographics became to show significant population changes in Texas with an emphasis towards the older folks – especially the baby boomer generation. From this analysis and level of understanding, concerns grew that Texans over 65 years of age were being underserved. [Did you know that 10,000 people turn 65 years old every single day in the United States?]
Further, we began to see family crisis arise when older family members needed intervention and assistance as it related to residential relocation. Along with a heart for seniors and the vast experience of family-owned Assisted Living Facilities within our owners, One-Call Senior Solutions was born.
