DO I NEED TO CALL AROUND TO DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES?Please allow us to do the leg-work for you, we are the professionals. We work closely with the communities we recommend. We wouldn't place you there if our mom is not going there!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIND AN APPROPRIATE COMMUNITY AND MOVE IN?In as little as 24 hours up to several months. The choice is entirely up to the client.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?With just ONE CALL to our experienced Senior Care Advisors, we will work along side you and provide an assessment of Lifestyle, Location, Medical, Social, and Financial needs and desires to compile a housing selection to get you started in locating approriate local communities. Ratings and pricing along with private tours to these homes with one of our licensed and trained staff members will guide you through the maze of information overwhelm. In the event you are out of the State, we will meet with your loved one(s) and/or tele-conference with you to select the perfect fit home. One-Call Senior Solutions (OCSS) is frequently on a waiting list, so please contact us today. Here is what happens after the initial in-person visit: OCSS will set up a time to tour select Assisted Living Communities that fit the needs of your loved one(s). OCSS will negotiate the price with the communities before you sign any contracts. OCSS will visit your loved one once they are placed and follow-up on their care and well being. OCSS will provide you helpful information on any other services that may be needed to help with the transition both before and after the move.
